Natalie Hawryluk

Natalie Hawryluk is Vice President of Drug Discovery & Early Development and Head of Chemistry at Edgewise Therapeutics, where she leads the discovery and advancement of small molecule therapies for rare muscle disorders, including neuromuscular and cardiac diseases. She brings more than 25 years of experience in medicinal chemistry and drug discovery, with a track record of progressing multiple programs from hit identification through IND-enabling development and into the clinic. Prior to joining Edgewise, Natalie held scientific and leadership roles at Bristol Myers Squibb, Celgene, Janssen, and Pfizer, working across neuroscience, inflammation, cardiovascular disease, infectious diseases, and global health. She also serves as a scientific advisor to several global health initiatives, including DNDi and Medicines for Malaria Venture.
