Thomas Natoli
Senior Director, Neuromuscular Research Dyne Therapeutics
Thomas Natoli, PhD serves as Senior Director of Neuromuscular Research at Dyne Therapeutics, where he has led the company’s facioscapulohumeral muscular dystrophy (FSHD) research program and helped advance innovative therapies targeting the underlying drivers of muscle disease. At Dyne, he has played a key role in developing the company’s FORCE platform and progressing DYNE-302, an investigational therapy designed to suppress DUX4 expression in FSHD.
An experienced molecular and cellular biologist, Thomas has successfully guided programs from early discovery through development and has extensive expertise in rare genetic disorders, translational research, and preclinical model development. Prior to joining Dyne, he held scientific leadership roles at Janssen and Sanofi Genzyme, building a distinguished career focused on advancing therapies for patients with serious diseases.
